Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 September 2026

Scope

This policy explains how information is handled when you use dubbeh.net and the related dRadio service at radio.dubbeh.net. It covers the main website, contact form, analytics and advertising used on dubbeh.net, and the user-facing account, feedback, directory and playback features provided by dRadio.

Information You Provide

Contact form

If you use the contact form on dubbeh.net, you provide a name, email address, subject and message. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and is delivered by email through the site's configured mail provider.

Contact submissions are not intentionally stored by Grav as a public or permanent form-submission archive. The resulting email, mail-service records and normal server/application logs may still contain information needed to deliver the message, prevent abuse or diagnose delivery problems.

dRadio accounts and interactions

If you use account or interactive features on dRadio, information associated with those features may be stored so the service can operate. Depending on what you use, this can include account and session information, saved or recent stations, ratings, station claims, correction requests, repair reports, and information you choose to submit with those requests.

Abuse-prevention and security checks may also process request information such as IP address, browser details and related technical signals.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the sites, normal web infrastructure may process technical information including:

  • IP address
  • browser and device information
  • requested pages and timestamps
  • referrer information where supplied by your browser
  • security, rate-limit and error information
  • analytics and advertising events where those services are enabled and permitted

This information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot and understand use of the websites.

Analytics, Advertising and Security Services

dubbeh.net currently uses or may load the following third-party services:

  • Google Analytics to understand site usage and performance.
  • Google AdSense to provide advertising and help support hosting costs.
  • Cloudflare for CDN, security and related network services, including Cloudflare Web Analytics and Turnstile where configured.
  • PurelyMail to deliver messages sent through the dubbeh.net contact form.

These providers may process technical identifiers and other information according to their own privacy policies. Advertising and analytics behaviour can also vary by region and by the consent or privacy choices available to you.

Cookies and Local Storage

The sites may use cookies or browser storage for functions such as account sessions, security, saved preferences and the light/dark theme preference. Google advertising and analytics services may also use cookies or similar technologies where permitted.

Where consent controls are presented, you can use them to manage optional advertising or analytics processing. You can also manage cookies and site storage through your browser.

Radio Playback and Third-Party Stations

dRadio lists independent internet radio stations and stream hosts. Playback can vary by station: some streams may be contacted directly by your browser, while others may use dRadio's secure playback/proxy path.

When your browser connects directly to a broadcaster or stream host, that third party can receive technical information such as your IP address and user-agent. When playback is proxied, the request is handled through dRadio before the upstream stream is fetched. I do not control the privacy or logging practices of independent broadcasters and stream providers.

Radio streams may also contain advertising or tracking inserted by the broadcaster or its own partners. That content is outside the control of dubbeh.net and dRadio.

The sites link to third-party services including radio-station websites, SourceMod forums, GitHub and other external resources. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

How Information Is Used

Information is processed where necessary to:

  • provide the websites and requested features
  • deliver and respond to contact messages
  • operate dRadio accounts and user-requested interactions
  • review station claims, corrections and repair reports
  • prevent abuse, investigate errors and secure the services
  • measure site performance and usage
  • display advertising where enabled and permitted
  • meet applicable legal obligations

Legal Bases for Processing

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, processing may rely on:

  • Consent for optional advertising, analytics or similar technologies where consent is required.
  • Legitimate interests in operating, securing, troubleshooting and improving the services.
  • Performance of a requested service when you use an account, contact form or another feature that requires processing the information you submit.
  • Legal obligations where processing or retention is required by law.

Data Retention

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including operation of an account or feature, handling a request, security and troubleshooting, and applicable legal requirements.

Different systems have different retention periods. For example, a contact message may remain in email until it is no longer needed, while technical logs and anti-abuse records may be retained for operational or security purposes.

International Processing

Some third-party providers may process information outside your country. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, the relevant provider is responsible for the transfer mechanisms it uses for its processing.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or request data portability.

California residents may also have rights relating to access, deletion, correction and certain forms of sharing or targeted advertising. I do not directly sell personal information.

To make a privacy request, use the contact form.

Children's Privacy

The services are not directed at children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe information has been provided by a child in error, please contact me.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect the sites and information handled by them. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If a personal-data breach requires notification under applicable law, the required users or authorities will be notified.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when the websites, providers or data-handling practices change. The current revision date is shown at the top of this page.
