VPS and dRadio Web-End Update

Made lots of big changes to https://radio.dubbeh.net. The whole project has been redone in Laravel with a much more stable back-end, and indexed from Radio-Browser and ShoutCast for a diverse station database with a much more consistent data.

All stations coming from the Radio 2 plugin will utilise https://radio.dubbeh.net/ingame/play/2 for example. This is a much more optimised player page for less overhead when listening in your game of choice. Another big improvement is proxying HTTP streams to HTTPS to avoid issues with mixed browser content.

There's still a few bugs that need ironing out for the time being but the overall working set is there.

Plan is to create multiple playlist types that will also include specific languages only, but that's another feature to work on later down the line.

The server is also updated to the latest Ubuntu Server 24.04 with slightly better hardware to back it up.
